Getting Here
Tulip Special Care can be found in a centrally located site in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. Falls Center, the former Women’s Medical Hospital/MCP Hospital building, located at 3300 Henry Avenue has been redeveloped as a modern multi-provider medical complex.
Our facilities can be found by entering the blue enterance titled "Workfalls". Upon entering, you will be on the 5th floor of the building. The elevators are located past the security desk. Tulip special care is on the 7th floor.
As you turn off of Henry Avenue and arrive at the campus, directly to the right there is a parking lot and parking garage.

The most convenient SEPTA bus lines to Tulip Specail Care are the 23, R, 60, 16, 49, 32, 56, 9, or the Broad Street Line.
